4thaOne is built on volunteers. Whether you have an evening a month or a professional skill to share, there is a place for you.
Street outreach
Join a team on a regular route to deliver supplies, build relationships, and pray with people on the street.
Safe house shifts
Trained volunteers serve in rotating shifts when a guest is in our care, offering hospitality, meals, and a calm, safe presence. Female volunteers are especially needed.
Meals and hospitality
Prepare a meal, assemble welcome baskets, or help us make a room feel like it was prepared just for her.
Transportation
Help shepherd guests to detox, treatment, and appointments.
Prayer team
Commit to pray regularly for the women we serve, the outreach team, and the work ahead.
Professional skills
Nurses, counselors, social workers, attorneys, tradespeople, hair stylists, and makeup artists all have a role in restoring dignity.
