Street Outreach
Going where people are hurting, and showing up again and again.
Trust is built on the street, one visit at a time. Our outreach team goes to the places where women are being exploited and simply shows up: with food, water, hygiene supplies, prayer, and a van that will take her somewhere safe the moment she's ready.
What outreach looks like
- Regular routes. We return to the same neighborhoods on a consistent schedule so that faces become familiar and trust can grow.
- Practical care. Meals, bottled water, clothing, hygiene kits, and in winter, hats, gloves, and blankets.
- Prayer and presence. We don't preach at anyone. We listen, we pray when invited, and we come back.
- A way out. Every woman we meet knows there is a number to call and a safe place to go when she decides to leave.
Partners on the street
We work alongside Stratford Heights Church, Women of Alabaster, and other area ministries whose day centers and outreach teams are often the first point of contact. When a woman says "I'm ready," we work together to get her to safety.
Want to ride along? Street outreach volunteers are trained and always go out in teams. Sign up to volunteer and tell us you're interested in outreach.
