Our Team

Mike and Niki Robinson have spent 28 years in ministry, 15 of them on the streets. What began as a dream in 2005 led them to Hamilton, Ohio, where they learned that ministry isn't about filling a building, but loving the people Jesus calls us to reach. Now they're building a place in Middletown, Ohio where spiritual, physical, emotional, and practical needs are met together. Because Jesus still goes after the one, and so will we.

Dee Buell is a retired BenchmarkPortal Senior Consultant with 20+ years leading call centers in the financial industry. As MetLife's Quality/Training Manager, she managed quality and training for 1,200+ agents across 9 sites, including 3 offshore. A BenchmarkPortal Certified Auditor and CQAP, she also helped Sinclair Community College build a Call Center Certification program for entry-level careers.

Katrina Pankuch is a Talent Acquisition and HR leader with 15+ years of experience, from high-volume hiring to executive searches across industries. Approachable and practical, she builds relationships with intention and helps people recognize their potential. Shaped by overcoming adversity early in life, she is passionate about being the person in someone's corner, in her career and through community and nonprofit service.
