Our Story
From the church to the streets of Butler and Warren Counties.
Finding the forgotten
Mike and Niki Robinson never set out to build a traditional church. They set out to follow Jesus. With over 28 years in Ministry, they've found the last 15 the most rewarding to date.
Mike never planned to become a pastor. After watching his parents experience the challenges of church ministry, he wanted nothing to do with it. But God had a different plan. In college, Mike felt an undeniable call to ministry. He and Niki eventually stepped into pastoral ministry, but their greatest calling took them beyond the walls of a traditional church.
For more than 15 years, Mike, Niki and their two sons, Isaiah and Maguire served on Front Street in Hamilton, Ohio, walking alongside people experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental illness, trauma, and deep brokenness. They learned that ministry isn't simply about gathering people into a building. It's about going where people are hurting and bringing the love of Jesus to them.
Along the way, they encountered a model that changed their vision. It was a ministry bringing spiritual, physical, emotional, and practical resources together under one roof to help people experience lasting transformation.
In 2023, after years of serving Hamilton, Mike and Niki stepped into a new season in Middletown with a vision born from those experiences: a place where spiritual, physical, emotional, and practical needs can be met together, creating a pathway toward lasting transformation for women escaping sex trafficking, abuse, and addiction.
We believe Jesus still goes after the one.
The forgotten.
The hurting.
The overlooked.
The people who may never walk through the doors of a traditional church.
We believe the Church is called to find the forgotten. To feed the hungry. To care for the hurting. To welcome the broken. To restore hope. And to love people the way Jesus did.
Mike had a dream in 2005, the people he was about to preach to didn't look like “church people,” those have become the people he was called to serve. Now that vision is continuing in Middletown, OH.
We're here to find them, love them, serve them, and help them discover hope.
